SafarMiles Holidays Pvt. Ltd.
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 22 July 2026
These terms apply to every itinerary, quote and booking made with SafarMiles Holidays Pvt. Ltd. By confirming a booking with us you accept them. They are written in plain language on purpose — if anything is unclear, ask us before you book.
Quotes & itineraries
•Itineraries and quotes are proposals, not confirmations. Prices, hotels and availability can change until you confirm and pay the advance.
•Quoted prices state what they include and exclude. Unless written otherwise, international airfare, personal expenses, meals not mentioned, and optional activities are excluded.
•GST and TCS apply as per Government of India regulations at the time of invoicing and are shown separately.
Bookings & payments
•A booking is confirmed once we receive the advance stated on your quote and issue a written confirmation with a SafarMiles booking number.
•The balance is due by the date on your confirmation — typically before travel documents are issued. Delayed payment can mean losing held fares or rooms.
•Every payment you make to us is acknowledged with a numbered receipt. Please pay only to the official account details we share in writing.
Travel documents & visas
•You are responsible for holding a passport valid for at least 6 months from your travel date, and for the accuracy of names and details you give us — airlines charge for corrections.
•Where we assist with visas, we prepare and submit documentation; the decision and processing time rest solely with the embassy or authority. Visa fees are non-refundable regardless of outcome.
Changes & unforeseen events
•Airlines, hotels and local operators may change schedules or availability. When that happens we arrange the closest possible alternative and tell you promptly.
•SafarMiles acts as a booking agent for airlines, hotels and local service providers. Their own terms of carriage and service also apply to your trip.
•We are not liable for events beyond reasonable control — weather, strikes, government action, epidemics — but we will always help you re-plan.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance for every international trip. It is your responsibility unless it is expressly listed in your inclusions.
Jurisdiction
Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
